SITUATION AND MISSION: We have a major situation brewing in North Lake County. An important enemy detachment, linked to local special operations forces, is overseeing a program referred to in SIGINT intercepts as "IRON PHANTOM." Based on current intelligence, it appears they have fortified three key locations where they are constructing lethal UGVs, with the assistance of coerced Skell Tech engineers. Immediate action is required to neutralize this threat. Our priorities are to dismantle their operation, secure all CIV personnel and capture the individual in charge of the program at their main outpost. CONCEPT OF OPERATION: Delta team will gear up in black kits, including two combat divers and two ground security personnel. We will depart at 2245 using the MH-6 LITTLE BIRD, performing a HALO jump to the designated safehouse. Once on the ground, we will retrieve the submersible COMMINT device recently prepared for us by Bravo team. From there, we will move swiftly and precisely toward the main objectives, ensuring we remain undetected, as the targets are in close proximity to one another.
